Document Description
The project is limited to approximately 780 linear feet of small waterside erosion and scour repairs occurring above existing bank revetment from station 10+00 to station 18+00 on a project levee. The existing rip rap will be used as a bench for the placement of new quarry stone to armor the waterside slope. The erosion sites will be repaired with rip rap, and placed above the Mean High Water (MHW). No rock will be allowed to enter the waterway. Existing vegetation includes ruderal species and riparian scrub shrub habitat. Clearing and grubbing will be minimal. Existing trees will be avoided to the extent possible. Seasonal work periods are expected to be from August 15 through October 31
