Document Description
The project is limited to replacement of an undersized culvert at an agricultural road crossing and repairing an eroding stream bank. The project would replace the existing 48-inch diameter culvert with an 84-inch diameter, 29- foot long corrugated metal pipe culvert and repair an eroding stream bank on the downstream eastern bank. The
bottom 12-inches of the culvert would be filled with 6-inch diameter rock to emulate the natural stream bottom. Existing riprap on the upstream side of the culvert would be removed, and the eroded banks stabilized with less than 30-inch diameter rock riprap extending approximately 10 feet upstream and 20 feet downstream from the
culvert. Live willow (Salix sp.) stakes will be planted between the riprap rocks.
