Document Description
The purpose of this project is to improve the safety and mobility for non-motorized users on the Russian River Bridge (10-0045), connecting communities of Hopland and Old Hopland. This project is in Mendocino County on Highway 175 at PM0.447. Proposed improvements include a non-motorized, user activated flash beacon system, pavement markings and road signs for “Share The Road” & “Bicycles And Pedestrians”.
