Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-40095-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant,
Lake of the Woods Mutual Water Company.
The Project includes activities related to the replacement of an existing water main, which crosses Cuddy Creek in
five locations. The water main installation is part of a larger water system replacement of an existing, deteriorating
system in Lake of the Woods.
