Grading for new agricultural roads, erosion control, drainage control, farm safety and site preparation for new vineyards on slopes over 10%. Current land use is agricultural. The Project will impact approximately 146 acres of existing cultivated land and approximately 53 acres of historically cultivated land that is actively managed. The proposed project consists of installation of approximately 2,200 feet of 30-foot-wide agricultural roads within, between and along the perimeter of existing vineyards to improve access to vineyard blocks and to accommodate safe farm practices. One area of grading measuring 30,038 SF will take place on an area characterized by more than 30% slope where the remaining will take place on areas characterized by 10-30% slope.
