Reasons for Exemption

The proposed project consists of improvement of an existing unpaved access path with paved bicycle and pedestrian trail improvements consistent with the City of Gilroy adopted Trail Master Plan. Further, the categorical exemption is not barred by one of the exceptions set forth in Article 19, Section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines.
