Document Description
Zone 7 desires to expand its existing Water Supply Risk Model into a decision support tool for evaluating future water supply reliability projects. The Water Risk Supply Model development began in June of 2021 to provide Zone 7 with a flexible management tool to assess different water supply, storage, and conveyance scenarios for impacts on Zone 7's water supply reliability. This project consists of computer based modeling and analysis to create the decision support tool. There is not a construction component to this project.

Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA. No new facilities are being authorized by this project. The project is merely development of a computer based decision support tool model.
