Document Description
The approximately 10.1-acre project site is comprised of two parcels (APNs 104-49-025 and -026) located at 2901 Tasman Drive, 5155 Old Ironsides Drive, 2952 Bunker Hill Drive, and 5150 Great America Parkway in the City of Santa Clara.
The project would redevelop the site with two,12-story office buildings (Building 1 and Building 2) totaling 1,030,455 square feet. The office buildings would be approximately 177 feet tall to the top of the roof and 192 feet tall to the penthouse. The proposed buildings would include office space, cafeterias and dining areas, and showers and changing areas available to the future employees at the site. The project proposes enclosed pedestrian walkways (“bridges”) to connect the two office buildings on the fourth through 12th floors. In addition, the project proposes to construct a seven-level, above-grade parking structure with an attached 38,185 square foot, two-story amenity building. The project proposes a General Plan Amendment to High Intensity Office/R&D, a rezoning to a Planned Development, and a lot merger.
