Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-40269-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Calnev Pipe Line, LLC.
The project is limited to excavation and exposure of the exposed pipeline segment. The line will be examined and repaired, if necessary, then backfilled for protection. The eroded area of the stream channel will be restored to a previous condition and armored for protection of the pipeline. Geotextile will be placed over the west facing bank of the channel and riprap will be placed along the lower portion to limit potential for future erosion.
