Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SIS-44027-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Brandon Fawaz, Fawaz Farming. The project is limited to non-commercial extraction of small diameter gravel and cobble from a perched gravel bar for personal use on the ranch property to fill pivot tracks and ranch road maintenance. Extraction is limited to no more than 500 cubic yards per year. Permittee has identified two dry gravel bars to harvest gravel. Work will be conducted with heavy equipment including but not limited to front end loader or excavator, dozer and dump truck. Permittee will submit a pre-extraction No riparian vegetation will be cleared and no work will be required in the wetted channel.

There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
