Document Description
Terraced viewing area would be constructed at the northern endzone with a concessions concourse including three separate food/beverage areas providing merchandise sales and food/beverage areas. On the eastern side of the site, a turf play area for children and two additional seating areas for food and beverage consumption would be provided. Along the western edge of the site, a food preparation area to support the concessions would be constructed.The existing scoreboard would be retained in place.

The project consists of minor alterations within a developed/urban portion of the Cal Poly campus. All modifications would take place within the previously developed areas of the existing Spanos Stadium. The project would be entirely located within the existing football facility, which contains no sensitive biological or cultural resources. The project would not increase overall capacity or expand the use of the existing facility and would involve the development of less than 2,000 square feet of new structures.
