Four interpretative panels will be installed along the Butterfly Trail at San Clemente State Beach. The panels will be low profile, mounted at an angle on 4"x4" posts, which will be buried 18" into the ground with a heigh of 27"-34" off the ground, compliant with ADA requirements. The panels will be placed along an accessible route adjacent and outside the path. The panels will share the fascinating story of the monarch butterfly, including conservation information to protect the species.
