Document Description
The project is limited to the demolition of an existing deck and installation of a new pier and dock. The existing 200-foot wooden pier and 20-foot by 24-foot deck will be removed. 52 posts associated with the existing structure will also be removed as part of the demolition. Additionally, four (4) wood pilings from a previously existing swim dock will be removed. All debris from the demolition will be collected and removed offsite. The new pier structure will consist of a 125-foot long by 5-foot wide steel frame and be supported by nine (9) 8-inch steel piles. A new 10-foot by 20-foot motorized swim dock will be installed and supported by four (4) 8-inch steel piles. A new 19-foot by 28-foot covered boatlift will also be installed and supported by six (6) 10-inch steel piles.

Class 4 because the project is a minor alteration to Clear Lake and does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees.
