Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of an existing wooden pier and the installation of a new steel frame pier. The new steel frame pier will be 5-feet wide by 105-feet long. Thirteen (13) new 8-foot steel piles will be driven to support the new pier. The existing 30-foot by 16-foot boat dock will be replaced with a new motorized dock of the same dimensions, however the new dock will not have a roof. Eight (8) ten-foot steel piles will replace the existing wooden piles.

Class 4 because the project is a minor alteration to Clear Lake and does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees.
