Undertake an emergency road repair project on North Gate Road in Mount Diablo State Park to repair damage from the catastrophic failure of a culvert during the storms of March 2023. The storms caused significant scour down slope of North Gate Road, washing away the entire eastbound lane and a portion of the westbound lane. Continued erosion could cause indefinite closure of the road.
