Document Description
DWR will deliver up to 4,000 acre-feet of San Gorgonio’s approved 2023 State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to AVEK by December 31, 2023. In exchange, AVEK will return to San Gorgonio, based on an unbalanced exchange ratio of 1 to 0.8, up to 3,200 of AVEK’s future approved SWP Table A water by December 31, 2033. That is, for every 1 acre-foot of San Gorgonio 2023 Table A Water delivered to AVEK, 0.8 acre-foot will be returned by AVEK to SGPWA.
