Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-35244-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Gyani Parminder. The Project is limited to six (6) encroachments. Six encroachments are proposed to remediate streams altered by grading and to improve stream conveyance across roads on the parcel. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts or fill, stream remediation, compaction of unconsolidated fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects
