Categorical Exemption

Information Collect (CCR, Title 14, Article 19, Section 15306)
Reasons for Exemption
Potential impacts to special-status species and their habitats are not anticipated because the majority of the work will be conducted within the road right-of-way and areas that are developed. In addition, the Project will implement recommended Avoidance, Minimization, and Mitigation Measures from the Yolo Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan. All work will be temporary and drilling locations will be restored to pre-Project conditions. The Project would not result in an exception to the categorical exemption.
