Document Description
Install a greenhouse and add landscaping in front of the cabin at the Black Miners Bar area within Folsom Lake State Recreation Area to allow for propagation of native plants to be used within the area. Heavy equipment and hand tools will be used to: • Remove existing propane tank and cap line in place; • Remove three (3) stumps and backfill the holes with the soil from on site; • Grade and level an approximately 96 ft wide by 69 ft long area; • Grade an approximately 62 ft wide by 13 ft long by 6 inch deep area for the placement of boulders; • Pour an approximately 29 feet wide by 27 feet long by 6 inches deep concrete slab; • Install prefabricated greenhouse 28 feet wide by 26 feet long; • Dig an approximately 16 ft long by 1 ft wide by up to 4 ft deep trench to run electrical to the shed; • Dig fourteen (14) 1 ft wide by 2 ft deep holes and back fill with concrete to set posts; • Dig eight (8) 1 ft wide by 3 ft deep holes and back fill with concrete to set posts; • Install fence approximately 317 in length and 6 feet tall around greenhouse project area; and • Dig up to thirty (30) 14 inch wide by 14 inch deep holes to plant native landscaping.
