Reasons for Exemption
There will be no construction, upgrades, or expansion of capacity of the well and it will be returned to its former use as an active well. Well 4 will return to service as it had been prior to the 2021 change to standby. None of the exceptions listed in section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines would apply to the proposed Project.
