The new improvements will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced. It has been determined that the reconstruction of storm drainage, sidewalks, ADA access ramps, signage, striping, and pavement markings are pursuant to the categorical exemption described in CEQA Guidelines Section 15302, Class 2, Replacement or Reconstruction
