Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Cannabis Cultivation License. Robert Yang of Trifecta Hemp Cultivators requested a license transition (CCL18-0002528) from provisional to annual for a Small Mixed Light License. The project is located at APN 019-070-15-00. The Project will consist of up to 10,000 square feet of existing mixed light mature cannabis cultivation within greenhouses, 6,800 square feet of immature canopy and 1,962 square feet of support buildings. The Project is currently licensed by Trinity County and the Department of Cannabis Control. The water source is a permitted ground well for domestic and cultivation use.

The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is consistent with the local jurisdiction community
plan and/or zoning designations. CEQA mandates that project is consistent with the development density established by
existing zoning, community plan, or general plan policies for which an EIR was certified and shall not require additional
environmental review, except as might be necessary to examine whether there are project-specific significant effects
which are peculiar to the project or its site. The project activity fits within the parameters included in CEQA Guidelines
Section 15183 and the activity does not require additional CEQA analysis
