Document Description
The Project will construct a new permanent dock meeting MOTEMS seismic and safely regulations and perform all necessary evaluations and audits to ensure MOTEMS-compliant operations, connect the new permanent MOTEMS dock and berthing system to the Permittee's existing facilities at the Port of Stockton to enable receipt and distribution of renewable diesel and biodiesel by vessel, and obtain a marine terminal service agreement with the Port of Stockton inclusive of commercial terms consistent with the Project.
