Construct a new permanent dock meeting Marine Oil Terminal Engineering and Maintenance Standards (MOTEMS) seismic and safety regulations, perform all necessary evaluations and audits to ensure MOTEMS compliant operations, connect the new permanent MOTEMS dock and berthing system to BWC Terminals LLC’s (BWC's) existing facilities at the Port to enable receipt and distribution of renewable diesel and biodiesel by vessel, and obtain a marine terminal service agreement with the Port inclusive of commercial terms consistent with the proposed project.
