Document Description
The Rancho Providencia NPP Update is an update to the October 2001 Rancho Providencia NPP that will address changes to the area’s traffic patterns in part resulting from new commercial development along Olive Avenue and media studio development to the south of the neighborhood. The Rancho Providencia NPP Update process collected traffic data within the neighborhood, engaged neighbors in the plan area, and analyzed traffic patterns and trends. Based on this analysis, the Rancho Providencia NPP Update makes recommendations to address the issues identified.
