Document Description
California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to perform preventative maintenance on 5 culvert locations on ED-193. The purpose of this project is to restore existing culverts in order to perpetuate drainage flow thus preventing undermining of the roadway substructure and maintaining a safe and effective travelway. Culverts require rejuvenation is needed as they have worn through or will do so shortly. The drainage is not confined to the culverts alone and is undermining the roadway structures.
