Document Description
Caltrans proposes a minor pavement rehabilitation on State Route 91(SR-91) from Post Mile (PM) 13.5 to 16.8. The project scope entails the following work: Individual random slab and lane replacement on mainline lanes, grinding existing pavement, cold plane and overlay with RHMA-G on mainline shoulder and on/off-ramps, replace existing asphalt concrete dike, and construct maintenance vehicle pullout(MVP) on on/off-ramps, construct concrete termini on off-ramps, upgrade MBR to MGS per current standards, replace 5 sign panels, replace loop detectors, relocate one electrical box, and implement storm water mitigation. All work will be performed inside the existing Right-of-Way (ROW).
