Document Description
The project is for the delivery and storage of up to 30,000 acre-feet of Zone 7’s SWP Water to Cawelo’s Water Banking and Exchange Program in any year and for the recovery of a portion of that stored water less applicable losses through December 31, 2035. The project is a continuation of an existing water banking and exchange program with no expansion of use.

The Cawelo Water District-Zone 7 Water Banking and Transfer Program is an existing water management program that was subject to CEQA review (SCH #2006012136). c. No construction is required to implement the proposed delivery. d. The facilities are existing facilities that have not been expanded or modified to implement the proposed delivery. e. There will be no change in land use.
