SWP #23033 approves the non-permanent Table A transfer of up to 9,500 acre-feet of Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency’s (AVEK) approved 2023 State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to Kern. The request was made on behalf of landowner, Homer LLC, which farms in both AVEK and Kern service areas. The delivery of AVEK’s approved 2023 Table A water to Kern under this Agreement shall be completed by December 31, 2023 for use within the SWP Place of Use.
