Due to stormwater damage to the State Plan of Flood Control levee system in 2023, California Department of Water Resources (DWR) proposes to immediately address 18 flood risk management facilities where erosion repair is critical to the health and safety of communities that are protected from flooding. Repairs to erosion sites will cover approximately 18,000 feet of levees at 18 locations.
