The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the Lead Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes replacement of aged pipelines, construction of 2,622 feet of new water main within a paved public road, and installation of thirteen isolation/interconnect vales, three fire hydrants, and various mainline elbows and tees.
