Document Description
The project consists of construction of a right turn pock on eastbound Merced Street and relocating existing sidewalk, ADA ramp and a streetlight boxes, conduit and wire. The existing intersection of Merced Street and 7th Street operates as an all way stop controlled intersection. Installing a right turn pocket at this intersection would reduce the wait time and increase flow through the intersection. The right of way is available on the southwest corner to accommodate the improvements without the need to purchase additional right of way.
