Document Description
The Project would construct a new high-cube warehouse totaling approximately 551,922 SF, inclusive of 536,922 SF of warehouse space, 10,000 SF of ground floor office space and 5,000 SF of mezzanine office space. The Project would result in a FAR of 0.43. A maximum of 25 percent, or 136,730 SF, of the building would be operated as refrigerated storage. The Project Applicant is requesting the approval of a Development Plan Review (No. 22-00035) for consideration of the architectural design, conceptual landscaping, and a Tentative Parcel Map (No. 22-05363) to combine the thirteen separate parcels into one.
