Document Description
Issue Rights of Entry (ROEs) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to John B. Dewitt State Natural Reserve and Humboldt Redwoods State Park to allow for vegetation maintenance around existing power poles/lines and to replace power poles as needed. In total, nine (9) trees and surrounding brush will be trimmed, and three (3) poles will be replaced. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
