Document Description
The project is limited to maintenance activities to be conducted at the private Lakewood Dam located on Dry Creek. The proposed maintenance actions are based on an inspection conducted by the California Department of Water Resources Division of Safety of Dams on January 27, 2022, and subsequent report issued to the Permittee on February 1, 2022. Proposed maintenance activities include control of vegetation from the dam and spillway, and temporary dewatering to inspect and repair the low-level outlet gate.
