Document Description
EWSID proposes to accept a permanent transfer of 617 acre-feet (AF) of State Water Project (SWP) Table A Contract amount from TLBWSD. Both EWSID and TLBWSD are agricultural water purveyors with water supply contracts with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for surface water supplies from the SWP. While these contracts specify (in Table A of the contract) the maximum amount of SWP water that each contractor can request for delivery each year, depending on the SWP allocation for a particular year, the actual water associated with the transferred Table A could be much lower than 617 AF.
