Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) propose to clean, replace, and Cure in Place Pipe (CIPP) line culverts along State Route 16 from post mile 10.3 to 13.5 in Yolo County. The Culvert Inspection Program (CIP) identified the existing seven culverts in either poor or fair conditions; thus, this project is necessary to preserve and prolong culvert service life, and to improve routine maintenance work. Work would include removing existing Corrugate Steel Pipe and replacing with Reinforced Concrete Pipe, clean and inspect existing culverts, regrade ditches, and install new culvert markers. All work would be completed within Caltrans right-of-way.
