Document Description
The project proposes to redesignate and rezone eight (8) parcels encompassing 25 acres, and the construction and operation of a Homelessness Prevention Resources and Care Center on a portion of the project site. Specifically, the project is divided into two parts: Site A and Site B, each consisting of four (4) parcels. Both Site A and Site B would be redesignated from OS (Open Space) to I-L (Light Industrial) and rezoned from OS-R (Open Space-Resources) to M-1 (Light Industrial). Site A would also include an Emergency Shelter Overlay District designation. Site A, which encompasses 7 acres, would include the construction and operation of a Homelessness Prevention Resources and Care Center built out over multiple phases, providing a total of up to 150 living units and up to 40,000 square feet of housing on-site with a 6,000-square-foot administration building and open space recreational amenities. The project does not propose any development at Site B, which encompasses 18 acres.
