Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-39252-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison. The project is limited to removing and replacing one deteriorated pole (Pole 1685578E) with a new steel pole and a 20-foot by 36-inch caisson, located 6 feet north of the old pole. The pole will be accessed by foot and set by truck. The removal of boulders will occur as needed along the access route using a small backhoe. Project activities described above are anticipated to temporarily impact 0.029 acres (50 linear feet) and permanently impact 1 linear feet of resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602. This included potential impacts to approximately 0.003 (50 linear feet) of Black-stem Rabbitbrush Scrub and 0.002 acres (50 linear feet) of Creosote Bush—White Bursage Scrub.
