Document Description
In accordance with the Notification and supporting documents, the purpose of the project is to rehabilitate culverts located on SR 254 in Humboldt County. Culvert rehabilitations include drainage structure replacement, correcting drainage inlets and outlets, and cut and cover culvert replacement. Replacement of dropinlets (coupled with elongated culverts) would incorporate small animal escape structures (e.g., amphibian ramp), as feasible.
