Sect. 15302: Replacement or Reconstruction of Existing Structures and Facilities
Reasons for Exemption
DWR has determined the application of a categorical exemption is not barred by exceptions set forth in Section 15300.2 of the CEQA guidelines. The project will replace the existing 2 trailers with a modular facility, which will involve negligible or no expansion of capacity and area in space. DWR evaluated the potential for resources to occur in the area, and determined that the project will not have significant environmental and cultural impacts.
