Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-26650-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pamela Laird. This Agreement relies on the Notification materials, a CDFW site inspection on May 23, 2022, and CDFW staff consultation with the Permittee’s designated representatives on June 8, 2022, and August 31, 2022. The project is limited to two (2) encroachments. Encroachment 1 is for a surface water diversion from Mill Creek. Water from Encroachment 1 is diverted to irrigate approximately one acre of mixed vegetable and flower crops. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Encroachment 2 is for a water diversion from a horizontal well from a spring that originates approximately 200 feet above Mill Creek. Water from Encroachment 2 is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
