Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of an existing pier and float as well as the construction of a new pier structure. The new pier will consist of a 5-foot by 80-foot pier, a 3-foot by 24-foot gangway, and a 22-foot by 28-foot floating dock. Thirteen (13) metal piles will be driven with a drop hammer from a floating barge with crane to support the new pier. The existing pier and twenty-eight (28) wood piles will be removed and disposed of offsite. No native riparian vegetation or trees will be impacted as a result of project activities.
