Document Description
Install a new gate on Sliger Mine Road just north of the park boundary at the Cherokee Bar entrance within Auburn State Recreation Area, to provide an additional barrier during the closure season. Work will use hand tools and heavy equipment to: • Excavate three (3) 2-feet wide by up to 4-feet deep holes; • Install support posts for the gate; • Backfill around posts with concrete to secure; • Install/attach the gate; and • Spread excavated soils on-site.
