Document Description
The purpose of this project is to fix the railing that sits on top of the structural barriers in order to improve the sight distance for public motorists. Additionally, curb ramps will be included to ensure that they comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, on State Route 99 in Tulare County from Post Mile 12.6 to 12.8. This project will also replace the existing chain-link fence railing with a tubular handrail, construct the four ADA ramps on all corners of the Davis Avenue Overcrossing, and create new striping for potential cross walks.
