Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-35539-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Chevron Production Norh America Exploration and Production. The Project includes activities related to collection of soil samples drilled by hand augur from the streambed, to delineate polychlorinated biphenyl-impacted soils. The site will be accessed on foot from the northwest end of the Project site along a 405-foot long and two-foot wide trail through the stream. The access trail will not require trimming or removal of shrubs. Trimming of vegetation using hand tools will occur as needed to access drill hole locations.
