Document Description
The project involves the installation of a vinyl seawall spanning 84 linear feet, with two 4-foot returns, resulting in a continuous wall of 92 linear feet. This wall will be constructed directly in front of an existing cinder block wall. To ensure stability, 16 steel piles measuring 4 inches in diameter will be driven into the ground, each equipped with an earth anchor. Additionally, a square tube waller will be used to connect and reinforce the wall. The backfilling process requires approximately 37 cubic yards of lightweight drain rock. The vinyl wall will be 92 linear feet in a backwards “Z” shape. This project requires a small barge to transport the vinyl sheets, one utility work vehicle, one Collins pneumatic 150-lbs hammer and an Ingerson Compressor. All construction equipment will be transported by water, except for the utility work vehicle which will be parked on the property driveway.
