Notice of exemption for Coastal Conservancy approval of grant funding to engage students who live in the vicinity of Aliso Creek to enhance habitat over a 4-acre project area along the stream corridor (run by Laguna Canyon Foundation). Restoration and enhancement work will include removing problematic weed species by hand and with simple tools, as well as sowing locally-gathered seed of native plants, with the goal of creating additional high-quality wildlife habitat and providing a buffer for existing restoration areas.
