The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate deteriorated pavement on State Route 41 from post mile 28.0 to post mile R40.1 in Kings County. Work includes removal of the existing pavement and replacement with hot mix asphalt (Type A). The work is needed to avoid the failure of the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, or essential public services.
