Streambed Alteration Agreement. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-40168-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Beaver Association represented by Chuck Engell. Work activities will include various projects to maintain an existing bridge crossing over Oak Run Creek at Beaver Road. The maintenance activities include painting girders, reinforcing rock that a pier rests on, replacing damaged wood members, clearing willows from the creek channel and at abutments of the bridge. Each maintenance activity will be small in scope and typically completed within a two-day period.
